Shipping

At Ronda Smith Designs, we offer fast and reliable shipping options to ensure that your jewelry arrives promptly and securely. 

Once your order is placed, you can expect your in-stock jewelry to be shipped within 1-3 business days. 

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location. We offer both domestic and international shipping options to cater to our customers worldwide. 

EXCHANGES

While we strive to provide you with the highest quality jewelry, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we can offer you an exchange within 7 days from your purchase.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us by email and we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that returned jewelry must be in its original condition.  

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept exchanges on earrings.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will gladly replace it or provide a refund, depending on your preference.

Ronda started making jewelry almost 20 years ago, not because she planned to start a business — but because she needed a creative outlet during a really hard season. After a cancer diagnosis, what began as a simple hobby quickly turned into something so much more. It became a passion, a joy, and eventually, a business she feels incredibly grateful for.

These days, she designs and creates each piece from her home studio in Ball Ground, Georgia, where she lives on 18 acres with her husband and her blended family of five. Life is a mix of farm living, time outdoors, and lots of jewelry-making — and she wouldn’t have it any other way.

Her hope is that every piece she creates feels personal, wearable, and made to last — jewelry you’ll reach for every day.
